Customization Instructions:
1.Please enter the pet’s name and memorial dates exactly as you would like them to appear in the personalization box.

Please Note: Your pet’s name will be engraved the way you enter it in the personalization box.
For example- if you use all lowercase letters that is how it will be engraved so please double check to make sure the name and dates are correct.

Returns:
-Ornaments that are NOT personalized on the back can be returned within 14 days.
Personalized ornaments cannot be returned or exchanged.

-If the ornament is damaged upon arrival or incorrect due to our error we will happily replace your item or issue a refund.
